Yes I did. I was on a clinical trial with yervoy and nivolumab. I was suppose to have 4 infusions of both drugs every three weeks and then two years of just nivolumab every two weeks. I only had three infusions of the two drugs because I got a bad case of colitis so my doctor didn't feel comfortable continuing on the yervoy. However the results were incredible during those three infusions most of the tumor in my lungs was gone. I recovered from the colitis and was able to continue on the trail with the nivolumab alone until recently. I am currently on a break from treatment. But it has been a little over two years and my tumors have remained stable. Please feel free to ask any questions. Hope I can help. Sandi

I was diagnosed with stage IIIC melanoma 3 1/2 years ago and chose to take the clinical trial that was offered at the time using Yervoy. There were three possibilities, standard chemo, Low dosage yervoy and a high dosage yervoy. I was not given a choice and ended up with the high dosage.
The trial went very well. The only side effects were some diarrhea and a skin rash on my arms. After seeing my doctor about these side effects those problems went away quite quickly. I would do it again.
