I can't give you any insight that will help you except to say that I am sorry you are going through this and you will be in my prayers. Call the doctor's office and tell them that you want to be placed on the cancelation list so you can get in sooner to see the doctor. I hate it when they make you wait. It is not good for our psychological being. Good luck and I hope you can get in earlier.

Nonnie917, I asked about being put on a cancellation list and because he is so busy they don't have one. Thank you all for your responses, prayers and concerns.

I've had nodes in my lungs - they come and they go, so a small one, may be nothing with nothing, as for the lesion on your liver 9.5 x 7.6 CM is pretty large - as someone else asked did you miss hear and mean MM. In either case you will probably have an MRI w/contrast of the abdomen as well as a biopsy to figure out what is going on. Best of luck - ask the doctor who sent you for the scans to call your oncologist up and see if they can see you sooner.

10 days post-op breast reconstruction - lattimus dorsi: I am feeling better each day, but some days are worse than others. The most problem is the area where the lattimus dorsi were brought from its original position around to the breast area. In this area, especially in my back and underarm area, it feels like I'm stretching myself too much. Dr. says I'm only at the beginning and keep walking my halls and stretching my arm.

Hi Connie, sorry your having a little trouble. I know the abdominal surgery I had was the worst of all of them to recover from. I can't compare to breast surgery since I haven't had it, but it's tough to recover from. How about posting this as a question on the questions page and you'll surely get a lot of answers for it. It's a commonly talked about subject.

Procedure or Surgery (Breast Reconstruction (Implant)): I was scheduled for a lat flap procedure. The day of surgery (Mar 22) my surgeon thought there was enough flexibility and muscle on the chest wall. In addition to that, he was confident he could use muscle and skin from my right side under my armpit. He was extremely happy with the results as am I. I was very worried about back and shoulder problems with the lat flap so the change in plans made me feel better.
