    “We The People—“

    Synopsis:
For years I have been going to my medical primary care provider (Family Doctors) complaining about abdominal illness (Gastritis). For which they have been prescribing with one or another form of antioxidants pills, without actually making an actual study.to be able to make an actual medical diagnosis of what was wrong with my stomach… Side Note: In hindsight I was Misdiagnosed and ill-treated at this first (1st) stage…

    September 2012
Around September 24, 2012 the condition became intolerable and I convey my determination to receive a better medical care by my doctor and for her to get with it, and do her job to find out what was wrong with my stomach (Abdominal Condition – Gastritis). Consequently an MRI was done and it indicated that I had a fatty tissue mass of 5cm in diameter in the right-side liver lobe, which diagnosed as been a “Fatty Liver”. I was advised to eat healthy and exercise as some form of therapy… I had concerns about cancer and I ask about was assured that it was not cancer and that was just a fatty tissue mass. I was instructed to come back in a year for a follow-up MRI. Side Note: In hindsight I was Misdiagnosed and ill-treated a biopsies needed to have been conducted at this second (2nd) stage because a 5cm mass is the point of no return for cancer surgeons to perform surgery, because the cancer it is presume to be too big and too mature…

about Mar, Apr, or May 2013
However, about mid-way from Sep 2012 my condition persisted and I returned to my doctor specifically to get confirmation and assurance that it was not a cancerous condition. A battery of blood test and lab work was done and again I was assure that it was not cancerous and that it was a simply fatty tissue mass, and such fatty tissue mass was normal or common liver condition. Again, I was advised to eat healthy, exercise, and come back for the follow-up MRI as previously instructed. Side Note: In hindsight I was Misdiagnosed and ill-treated at this third (3rd) stage…

Wow! What a detailed journey, thanks for sharing your info so far. I hope you are able to get some progress quickly. As for your question about fruits, vegetables, etc. we have a few people on the site that practice juicing and swear by it. As a common part of traditional therapy it's always good to eat as many natural and healthy foods as you can, be cautious of programs that claim that simply eating fruits and vegetables will "cure" any type of cancer.

Hugs, healing vibes, and prayers. You have certainly been through long and draining journey. Eat as clean and the least processed foods - they are the easiest for your body to use and help keep you as healthy as you can be given your treatment.

You might want to try medicinal mushrooms, i personally have not, but have met people in remission who swear by them. Just check with your team and make sure anything you take, be supplements, medications, mushrooms, and even common fruits and veggies will not interfere with your treatment. For example I was unable to eat grapefruit for most of my treatment. My team was pretty cool with pomegranate juice, most of my supplements, acupuncture and massage.

Treatment of cancer is holistic you need the best medical treatment as well as complimentary treatments, that help keep your mind and body.

Contico58 - I can only imagine the angst you must feel. I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. I'm very much into natural healing and have combined conventional treatments for my breast cancer with holistic measures and while I received chemo and radiation, I am opting for a completely holistic approach instead of taking Tamoxifen (one of the main reasons being because it's so damaging to the liver).

You need to help your liver purify itself and help your body's immunity fight cancer. if I were you I would enlist the help of a Life Extension Doctor if it is within your means. . .here is a link that you may find helpful . .
      http://www.lef.org/research/directoryofinnovativeclinics01.html#ccah

In the interim - my suggestions would be:

      1) every morning start your day by drinking water with the juice of one lemon squeezed into it. You also need to try to make sure your water is purified if possible.

      2) Milk Thistle helps promote liver health

      3) Dandelion Root Tea ( I drink 3 x's a week, if I were you I would drink everyday).

Immune system boosters for people with cancer:

      1) Vitamin D - take 4000 - 5000 iu per day
      2) Curcumin/turmeric - supplements 2 - 3 per day
      3) Green Tea Extract - 3 droppers full per day
      4) Vitamin C - 2,000- 5,000 mg per day
      5) Mushroom Force/Reishi or Maitake - get a really good supplement.

Eat lots of garlic as it has anti cancer properties

Because the cancer is in your liver you really need to only take in natural foods. A healthy liver sometimes struggles to process chemicals, additives, dyes, plastics etc that are in our food chain. One that is compromised such as yours really needs "it's owner" to be extremely mindful. Prescription drugs are one of the worst things we put into our bodies and are harmful to the liver which has to process everything. Be very cognizant of even taking painkillers which are damaging to the liver also.

I suggest picking up the book - Anti Cancer a new way of life by David Severyn (I don't have the book handy right now so I'm hoping I'm spelling the name correctly).

Most of the natural healing research I have done revolved around breast cancer because of my situation. I have a very extensive supplement plan and strict diet that I follow. In your case I would go down the path of "purification" - cholorphyll, wheatgrass, etc.

On a personal note, I lost my Dad last year. . . .he was a gunners mate in the Navy and saw active duty during WWII . Service men and women hold a place near and dear to my heart. Thank you.

i rarely suggest this, but the Cancer Centers of America treatment teams do a good job of recommending nourishment that is helpful for their cancer patients, along with a treatment protocol. i don't know if Kaiser would okay it, but it's worth a try to find out.

That is an extensive list of what to avoid and what to eat. I'm a meat and taters guy myself. I'll take my chances with the yummy foods. Not much for leaves and nuts. Thanks for sharing my friend.

Oh No (Cancer is back/Recurred ): “We The People—“
