Celebration: It has been five years this weekend since I went to the ER with a migraine headache - only to find it was cancer. I wrote a book about my experience you can find it here: http://www.amazon.com/The-Strength-Stand-Inspirational-ebook/dp/B00AHJNPQ0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1370745690&sr=8-1&keywords=my+cancer+my+blessing

Side Effects (Chemo brain): I have episodes of chemo brain that last for long periods of time. Sometimes it can last days other times it is weeks, I also get confused and I forget what I am saying in the middle of my sentences.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): If you haven't figured it out already chemotherapy is poison, the doctors are slowly poisoning us because it is the only way that they know how to battle the cancer. After years of chemo my body is not handling the constant abuse it takes very well.

Radiation (External radiation ): At first the radiation was not too bad but as time went on it began to take a role on my day to day life. I gained seventy pounds in just eight weeks and I had a hard time getting around because of the extra weight.
I still have memory loss and I tend to forget things on a regular basis, I always have to keep a notepad nearby or I may forget the simplest thing.almost 9 years ago -

Clinical Trial (Veg-F Trap with Temodar): Treatment failed after just a few months and we had to change to a more agressive treatment.
