    Oh No (Cancer has spread/Metastasized): Went in for a radical prostatectomy and found a lesion where the colon was attached to the bladder. Took sample and found it to be cancer. Did not continue with surgery

      Typically they will not do a Radical Prostedectomy if evidence of breach and regional metastatic disease?, HDT theraphy and Radiation will most likely be your options now...Best wishes.
