this week i was suppose to have my last session of chemo but the dr sent me home to rest my white blood count was to low it has been a struggle for me all the ups and downs but i am doing it so i will see next week if i will get my last chemo then i will have a break for a month and then to start my 30 radiation sessions

good morning its been 12 days since my first chemo treatment the day of the treatment i came home and had so much energy the next day i had a shot of neulasta the shot really stung and burned after around 1 hour later i started to itch like a monkey all over i had to take a benedral then the 3rd day i learned what the dr meant about aches and pain my whole body ache well my bones i dont know how to explain bones hurting but they did i was walking aroung like a very old person i relieved my pain by taking double doses of motrin that really helped and continued taking the nausea medicene today i am fine just trying to tell my story for others to understand i also am learning what is instore for my future by all your stories and i thank all of you i dont go to any support group i am all alone here with my family trying to be strong in front of them so this is my way of telling how i feel god bless you debbie pomona ca

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): i had trouble with the mediport that i had i was a very painful experience
its been 9 months since my mediport was put in i have no pain with it only when they poke me for chemo it is much easier than getting poked in my armabout 9 years ago
