Welcome to the site first of all. And someone will come along soon and answer for you, if not, click on the breast cancer link on the right of the page and filter out everyone except those with that, and you can ask a few of them.

I've just been diagnosed with an immunoglobulin M deficiency. Anyone have any helpful hints for dealing with this?

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I was very sick. I was encouraged to work: to take off 4 days after the treatment and return to work. I managed to do this for the first two treatments, but ended up in the hospital for heart concerns after treatment #3. I ended up taking 6 weeks off at the point, which included the 4th treatment and part of the radiation treatment. Ever since I have struggled with energy issues. I take femara to prevent a recurrance of breast cancer, and I have achy bones and fatigue that are most likely side effects of femara. I went from 7 doses a week to four, and that has helped a little, and my tumor marker numbers are okay.
