So sorry about your condition. I was told that any lymphoma is treatable at any stage. I'm not sure if it's true, but it gave me high hopes although my tumor was in a unique "presentation," or rather larger than normal. I hope you do find someone with some information that may help!

Yes, but I had the high dose HyperCVAD protocol. I still have some of the side effects 3 years later

Stage 4a, three years after the fact - no evident long term effects so far. Chemo does take a lot out of you, but once you've been in CR for six months to a year with no further treatment you should find yourself back to normal. If this is not the case go chase down a doctor.
