My 69 year old dad was diagnosed two years ago and had surgery and hormone therapy. Just this week, we learned that his PSA rised to 40 and has spread to his lymph nodes. There is also a mass in his bladder that will need to be investigated further. I will speak with his doctor tomorrow but does anyone knows what usually happens next and how chemotherapy will affect him.
Also I am looking for someone who is fluent in Vietnamese and is sharing his experience since he only speaks Vietnamese and I am trying to find someone who can speak and relate to him about what he is going through.
