Decision Point (Done!): My husband is tired and he is refusing anymore chemo treatment. It really breaks my heart... But I'm respecting his decision and I pray it's the right thing to do.

my husband does not want to do any more Chemo either, how he chooses to live does amaze me, he looks at life like a wonderful day at disney land and even though he is coming close to closing the park... he is not going to be sad... he going to race to do as much as he can, and just thinking about it that way does help make the time we do have better, it sounds like your hubby is having alot of complications, the chemo does so much damage that is is only worth it if it is making the time you have worth while...I can understand not wanting any more, the further out of that treatment the more my guy feels like himself, and even if he wont be around as long, I want the time we have together to be moments he enjoys as well. I wish we could find an easy way through this challenge, but there is not one... the thing to remember is you have everything it takes to get through it~!~ stay strong~!~

Other Care (Hospitalization): When my husband was first diagnosed. He spent 3 months in the Hospital in New Orleans,la. We decided to continue treatment at MD Anderson in Houston, Tx. He stood 3 months in the hospital there. My husband developed complications with this treatment. Such as kidney failure, heart problems, trouble breathing, fluid build up.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): The chemo therapy has made my Husband very sick. He has been through 5 rounds of chemo. He does not want to do it anymore. It damaged his heart and his Kidneys as well.
