Kevin, my wife was diagnosed in December 2010. Had resection, subsequent chemotherapy and all two month MRIs and two PET scans were clear until August 2012. Her last MRI showed two spots of regrowth in the spot of the original tumor. That is bad enough; however, it also showed three newly enhanced lesions in the corpus callosum. She is now starting Temodar again, two cycles, and we will return to Duke in a October. From everything I read about lesions of the corpus callosum, these are usually metatastic and are of the Stage 4 GBM type. Does anyone have any experience with this. These are allegedly inoperable and I am at a total loss. Research did not reveal much!
