How horrible for you! I am so sorry to hear this. Reconstruction is such a tough decision, when it fails it has to be devastating. I have not heard of such severe problems. Praying you heal now and gain your life back.

Is it possible you had stitches that weren't take out and you are having a reaction to them?
Sometimes they give us absorbable stitches and they don't absorb or we are allergic to them.

you are right barryboomer. I've had stitches that were supposed to be absorbed and they didn't, even 2 years later. Weird how different people's bodies react differently.

That could cause a constant infection and rejection and inflammation. Make sure you get a scan that shows that.....If One little piece of stich or anything else left in it can cause this. The Body rejects ANY foreign Substance. That's why the strange side effects of chemo....the body is just trying to save itself and get the foreign invader out. GOD and all part of his plan and design. Until old age we are designed to be a self healing organism....some times things go wrong as cells divide or pollution or junk foods or junk thoughts. It's very delicate, complicated and AMAZIN. Love your body and treat it with the utmost care as it's the only one you have. We are only renting these bodies but while WE are in them we have to maintain them and fix them when they break. Love is the Answer,
