Can't help you there.. I had robotic surgery at Celebration with Dr.V.Patel... now I'm going to Moffitt..starting radiation as a follow up because I had positive margins and my PSA which was <0.1 started to rise.. now at 0.25 so a "little" something must still be there... I'm going for a CONSULTATION with Dr. Biagioli at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer on 1-4-12 for Brachytherapy... HDR using radioactive wire for 15 min. and placing a tissue gel between the rectum and the prostate. Does anyone have any info on this procedure. It's a "new approach" , about 2 years, supposedly has fewer side effects thanks to using the absorbable tissue spacer gel. Thanks, dmh
