Other Care: I have spiritual care from my friends and from the chaplan at the hospital. She is wnderful. Her name is Pam Gross. I reach out to all I can. Not during my chemo week so much but after. Well at the Cancer Center I let them know how I am doing and they give me lots of TLC.

Decision Point: I have gone through 2 out of 12 cycles of chemo now. Just finishing this week. So I have a week to heal before #3. Instead of feeling sorry for myself right now I have decided to fight for another day. In my book "There is no place like hope" we don't have to decide to fight for ever, just for today.

Side Effects (Mouth sores): Oh and I forgot about the thrush in my mouth. Joy o joy.

Loss (My mind/Sense of Humor): Yeah I kind of feel like I've lost my sense of humor sometimes. Mine and my husbands lives have been turned upside down. I guess this is our new normal. For now.
