Hi there - hang in there! You'll get more information soon. You do have to be an advocate for yourself at the SAME time as being sick! It's so hard sometimes. Lean on a spouse or family member - they want to help! It's very scary but just try to stay focused, don't think of all the bad things and take deep breaths.

Hi there - we are pretty new to this also. My husband was diagnosed about 5 weeks ago. Went through surgery, placing a port and is getting his first chemo treatment as we speak. He's sitting in the chair watching tv with a pump attached.
I bet you're pretty scared. It's okay to be scared but know that you have a ton of support. Once you know more about you diagnosis it gets a little less scary so you can feel more empowered. Hang in there!
