Do other Stage 0 CLL patients experience fatigue? How do they deal with it?

I deal with fatigue everyday. It's just part of the our lives now. I take my vitamins and do my best to eat right but bottom line, I try and live my life but when I'm tired I rest. When I'm sleepy I sleep. My employer is great, I'm able to work from home one day a week. That allows me more time to rest. Fatigue is our greatest enemy so don't get to the point of actual fatigue. This will weaken our immune system and can make us sick. Strange disease that we have to sit and wait for it to advance but that's all we can do. My best advise is rest when you're tired and try and get at least 6-8 hours of sleep each night. Most of all, keep a positive mind set. We are all survivors.

I am always tired. I hate it. I can only imagine how I will feel in a year or so. I'm sorry your tired too. Believe me, I understand. It is what it is.

I am always tired too and I tend to sleep whenever I'm tired. Dr says that CLL does not make you tired but I'm glad to see that other people experience this also. It makes me feel less weird. Lately I have been a little better because I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and put on Synthroid which has helped give me a little energy. The thyroid condition is slight not too debilitating .While it has helped me stay awake a little, I am still sleeping around 12 hours a day
