Sounds like you are doing well. How sooon did you start to exercise after treatments? I had a lumpectemy Nov2 for a tumor that was 1.7 cmm ER Positive. Had radiation and (bad LucK) got a staff infection. I've been in a lot of pain and getting my breast aspirated every three days. Not fun and I'm doing my best to not let it get me down. But I can't help it. I just want to get to the point where I can do some exrecercise Just like you - thank you for letting me vent

i actually only took 6 days off for the double mastectomy.... honestly, i wanted to get on the bike sooner, but my better half was not so cool with that idea. anyway, otherwise, i exercised throughout the entire treatment. every single day of chemo, i rode my bike (except for one short business trip).

does that help? getting out for a bit of exercise every day will help you get stronger and heal up... of course, you don't want to overdo it, but you also want to get moving so that your body can HEAL!

sounds like ANTI-FUN, if you ask me... i'm so sorry you're dealing with that.

Radiation (Internal radiation (Brachytherapy)): This was a very painful process for - although I was told It would be easy. Lots of bleeding. Then I got a staff infection in my breast that was operated on. The surgeon keeps aspirating fluid out of my breast every three days for a week now. A lot of pain. and redness
