Drug or Chemo Therapy (Hormone therapy): I was put on a hormone to keep my hormones in check. The doctors told me that they got it all and that was good news. My daily pill is called Anastrozole. The side effects are weight gain, being tired all he time, and night sweats. I woke up every day with a wet bed and wet nightwear. I am not happy about this. I had lost 110 pounds in a diet and now I seem to be gaining it back. Already I have put on 20 lbs. There is no way I am going to put that back on.

Procedure or Surgery (Mastectomy): My decision was to have my whole breast removed. I went in the morning of January 13. 2010 for surgery. My three kids were there before I went into the surgery room.

Decision Point: A week later I received the NEWS of Breast Cancer. I had to make the decision of what to do. That is soo hard to choose what to do about the lump. Just have it removed or take the whole breast off. At first I felt sorry for my self for about five(5) minutes, then thought I am not the only one going through this. It involved my family too.
