    1st PSA Lab results after surg 0.7 is it normal?

      How much time? 6 weeks, 8 weeks post surgery? It takes a while for levels to drop.

      0.5 is usually the cutoff.

      First, stop with the "normal" there is no such thing. It depends on time and where you were before surgery. Listen tor Doctor. Ideally, your PSA will become undetectable after surgery. But from one who got there, continue the monitoring because it can come back. Mine did and then it's a real problem. Good luck and...

      I was told by my Oncologist/Specialist, that a 0.03 was the desired result....
