Radiation (External radiation ): I was spared painful burning. I used coconut oil and didn’t wear a bra throughout. I was really tired and learned later that we need to increase protein and certain foods.

The radiation damaged my left lung causing fibrosis, but pulmonary doctor reports no impact on breathing, nor that it will move to right lung.
However, my breathing IS impacted. I now require two types of inhalers and a cpap machine.

Procedure or Surgery (Implant chemotherapy port): At first it is creepy as heck. It's in my chest. It was very swollen, and I could feel it. The recovery from the implant was surprisingly hard for me. Fevers, swelling and lots of blood in urine. The second night my friend who helped me through this made an incredible dinner of Alaskan salmon, asparagus, an "everything" salad, raspberries, blueberries, and kept making me sip the super healthy green and fruit smoothie.

The internal bleeding stopped right away.
