Your experience sounds so much like mine!
My oncologist told me that only about 10% of people didn't lose their hair on the regimen I got but I didn't lose mine either. Mine got really unruly though. I sort of wished I had lost it instead (in some ways ... in other ways, I felt very happy it didn't fall out)
I waited to get the port until my veins were toast ... I wish I hadn't waited so long now.
Chemo brain is real ... ugh! I hate it! But, I acknowledge it and just tell people I'm sorry that chemo brain is at work when I can't remember something.
I have overcome a lot of the fatigue issues ... I get more tired than before I was diagnosed with cancer but am able to live pretty full life now. I haven't had "traditional" chemo in a year or more. though. The immunotherapy I get now has not given me the same horrid fatigue that I got from traditional chemo.
Good luck!!! I wish you the best, IKandy!!
