there shouldn't be a reason you can't eat whole wheat, unless there is a concern for the whole grains. I have been able to maintain my whopping 147, down from 160ish in Oct. Peanut butter, cheerios, applesauce, bagels and engish muffins, and yogert, are staples for my diet. I was terrified to eat at first, but figured I had to...now its nothing has taste, due to chemo, but I stick with what I know I like and remember that I liked it. Keep in touch!

Bag balm works on my feet, Im a dance teacher and had to dance in my slippers for awhile. My doctor held off a week on chemo and they got a bit better. Anyway, it works well...

Thank you all, helpful to know that I can start eating a bit more than I am. I have seen the nutritionist twice in 5 months, a little helpful, but mostly just ways to add calories, with peanutbutter and milk... I am 5 foot 9 and weigh 123 lbs, so trying to gain weight. More importantly I need energy and want to eat better. I am now eating only whiite bread, yuck , any concerns for whole grains? I did recently eat a steak.. oh it was heaven and no trouble. I think pork bothers me too... Thanks again.
