What was your Gleason score at diagnosis?, Are you taking HDT for the fluctuations in your PSA?

Gleason was 6. Not taking HDT.

Other Care (New Doctor): Due to insurance changes I had to get a new PCP, and she ran all blood work for baselines. I have been in Active Surveillance (AS) of my Prostate Cancer since 2011. My PSA averages 5.6 with a Gleason of 6. The new blood work PSA is 4.8 it is trending down. I am glad I chose AS. Not doing anything special but through self-education learning what foods 'may' fight cancer and added into diet.

Congrats on PSA trend. I too chose Active Surveillance starting in 2011 with a Gleason of 6. Just had PSA of 2.52.
