Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I was set up for 4 treatments of ABVD. It's nasty stuff that required 4 different anti-nausea meds before starting the chemo treatment. Plus I was sent home with heavy duty anti-nausea meds to take after treatment. My biggest issue was I have horrible veins and the first shot at the IV took 4 tries. Once we got going, chemo took 8 hours for me!!! I had a problem with the (B) Bliomycin. It dropped my BP and we had to let the meds drip very slow. After my first chemo, we decided I needed a port. It made things easier, but chemo still lasted 6-8 hours for me.

Procedure or Surgery (MRI): An MRI is not fun if you are claustrophobic like I am!! However, my coping mechanism is singing "99 bottles of beer on the wall" in my head!
