I don't get them until my blood drops below 8. It is usually around 8.5 and the tiredness is mery hard to deal with sometimes. I get my infusions at my doctor's office but if I need blood I have to go to the hospital. It has something to do with the licensing I was told.

Palliative care has been amazingly helpful for keeping me comfortable. They prescribe my pain meds so I don't get harrassed for using them and they have helped me with getting the care I needed after tumors in my abdomen (from the MM) left me with radiation burns and other uncomfortable problems. I think that you should get palliative care as soon as possible.
