I am very glad you posted this. I was diagnosed with Stage IV NHL in May. After 4 rounds of chemo using the RCVP cocktail, there was no growth - but showed very little of it going away. I have another scan this week to see if I only have 2 more rounds to go (for a total of 8) or if I have to start all over again with a stronger regimen. I am praying hard for 2!!!

Hi Anita, I am doing great! I still get tired at times from over doing because I have been living life with my family and friends. I have been cancer free since Feb. 2012. I finished treatment in March 2012. I had 6 rounds of R-Chop. I know for some chemo is bad but I had a pretty easy time with the chemo. The last couple of treatments I had some nausea during but they gave me additional meds each time which pretty much stopped it. I was wiped out the day of treatment and sometimes the day after in the beginning treatments but I really never had any other side effects. My doctor always said whatever you are doing keep it up. I wasn't doing anything except trusting God. I put my complete trust and faith in him that he would take me through the journey. It has been my faith in him plus the countless prayers from my family, church family, and friends that got me through the last ten months. I will pray for good results with your petscan. I hope that you are doing well also!
