I am tired, I am overdone, no one else seems to help, I am financially overextended and the patient, never offers anything to me, even though she's financially sound. I travel over 100 miles 3 times in a week and a half, and she hasn't offered me any compensation. I am tired....because I get up at 4 am to drive there and have to drive home at night...she's demanding, and not understanding. She's got to be in control, and she is manipulative, and plays the martyr. I am resentful , and angry with her, and emotional. What do I do, how do I handle this?
