Side Effects (Hair loss (alopecia)): It was expected, so it wasn't too hard. I have always had long, thick hair that could take over an hour to "do" at times... so it was almost a rest from it! Now that it is starting to grow back, I can't wait for it to be long and thick again!

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): 6 full rounds of ABVD chemo, delivered in 12 treatments over a 24 week period. The toughest part was feeling sick and weak for several days while getting help from my mom... and trying to be a good mom also.

Procedure or Surgery (Implant chemotherapy port): It was just odd to feel the lump where the port was placed and to think that it would deliver the medicine needed to kick Hodgkin's butt!
