My experience having hospice for my mother was one of the most important times of my life. The nurses guided us through everything step by step...they were "spot on" in terms how things would progress. My mother did not suffer and at the end I held her hand, wiped her brow and let her go knowing we had done everything we possibly could to allow her to go
peacefully and with dignity. I pray you and your mother have as much comfort as my family did. God bless you all.

Other Care (Hospice): My mom is about to receive in-home hospice care. Her health is rapidly declining and I'm not sure what to expect.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Infusions): My mom is now taking infusions once a month to stop the cancer from spreading further. Won't know if the treatment is effective until September. If her next pet scan is bad...she may die.
