Hello and welcome to the site also! I hope the rutixun is going well for you. I started out with that, but it wasn't working enough. My cancer spreaad to the lymph nodes. I am stage 3. The cancer started in my spleen and spread from there. I am now doing R-CHOP. I just finished my 3rd treatment. I also get a shot Neulasta 2 days after chemo to help build white blood cells. Up until this treatment, the shot had no side effects. Over the last few days, I have the worst bone pain I have ever had!! I called my doctor this morning and they said it was from the shot. Soooo...more pain meds, which I prefer not to take.
I am not working at the moment. My employers are amazing! they told me whenever I felt ready to try to come back, even for an hour or 2, they would welcome me back! The only issue is waiting on disability. I was told it was a pretty much done deal, but the waiting stinks.
If you have any questions, ask away.. I also am an open book! I am so sorry to hear about your 2 difficult losses. I cannot even imagine how that must feel. Kay
