I know so many people on Tarceva..all doing very very well. Still working still living a normal life except for a bit of stomach bloat and frizzy hair. But one of my close friends in California is a runner and full time Nurce Practicner and does not skip a beat.
      Been on it three years.

I think there is a blog Tarceva dudes and dudetts.

Good news is a number of drugs in the pipeline to counter any possible resistance.

yes. my mother just started taking 150 mg of Tarceva. What has your experience been with the drug. She has been diagnosed with NSCLC Adenocarcenoma with a new lytic lesion in the right iliac bone. Last year she had an upper left lobectomy and 4 treatments of carboplatin/pemetrexid.

I have had four rounds of Tarceva, made me weak ffor about one week after treatment then felt ok, it had little or no effect on my cancer,,however, I have had 6 differents types of chemo and none has had any effect on the cancer. I have that Tarceva is a very good drug however

Loss (Lost loved one): Shortly after I completed my surgery, I lost my dearest cousin to the lung cancer. Hers was small cell, however, and moved into her brain. She was so special and strong until the end. I will miss her forever.

Celebration (Remission): I am so thankful for the Tarceva! My tumors had shrunk within 90 days of beginning of treatment, and I have now been in full remission for over 9 months. I can live with the side effects, because taking the drug means I CAN LIVE!
