What i have heard there is no cure for prostate cancer who has spread to distant lymph nodes. The first to do is hormonal theraphy. My doctor has told me that it is not possible to operate. It is another thing if the cancer only is in the prostate gland.

I also know that the cancer medicin is working for a short time. But I will not give up. Traning running and eating well. Keeping on

Have you been doing searches on nih.gov or a similar site in Sweden of the EU or UK?
There are new studies that show some advantage to de-bulking the prostate. While some cancer is already distant the thought is to eliminate the source of cells that will go to other places.

Oops, a touch pad misfire.. When ADT is used. These are new treatments and it will be a while before the data shows if they are worth the pain and expense. With exercise, diet and treatments men are living much longer today than just a decade or so ago. It sound like you are on the right path. Have you found healingwell dot com. It is much more active for prostate cancer.
