I know these shots are expensive,, just didn't know how much!! my daughter got the onbody shots also,, I got them in my arm the day after,, which meant I had to go back to the doctor to get it,, I think the on body is the best thing! As for the cost,, you know that the cost of meds is way outta line,, I'm not real sure why the cost of things are so high,, I'm sure glad that the insurance picked up the cost!!
How are you tolerating the shots?? How did you tolerate the chemo?? will you need anymore chemo,, or radiation?
      Prayers to you,,
I am a year out from surgery,, and 6 months since all treatments ended..

Check out this news article. I have inflammatory Breast Cancer Diagnosed 7/3/15, just finished 16 Chemo treatments. Surgery scheduled for 1/15/15, followed by 5 wks. radiation and hormone therapy for estrogen positive. This article is for new hormone blocking med. Did we all know this is how the cost is determined? Wow...

Cassie, Thanks for your response and support. What a diagnosis from your doctor. Sounds like he/she has a real positive attitude. Do you accept that you are a cancer patient for life?
