Side Effects (Hand foot syndrome): The first round was not bad but the second round caused horrible mouth sores and then the hand foot syndrome kicked in. I was also very fatigued from this round for almost the entire month.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): Pet scan showed my Ovarian cancer had spread to. My lungs and hilum area and in my adrenal glands. I do not have ovarian cancer in my abdomen! My doctors have never seen a case like this. Carboplatil and taxol did not help, tried Doxil, horrid side effects. Tumor marker has gone up again so going to another doctor for another opinion. I feel like my time is running out!
