I was 53 when diagnosed with stage 3 prostate cancer. Gleason score was a 7. It is a very aggressive form of cancer. But I have survived 11 years. I still have it in my body, and go every 4 months for checkups.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, at tender age of 53. Next month, I will be celebrating 10 years as a cancer survivor. Still have to go for 6 month checkups, because I still have it present in my body. But I am determined that I will win the battle, for another 10 years! I live life to the fullest, and truly enjoy what each day has to offer. Attitude is a major factor, in continuing your journey, I strongly believe.
