Dad can't stand the tast of the boost and ensure, so I make our own milkshakes. If he can get them down it's good. His symptoms usually pop up on the third day. Chemo on fridays, symptoms on sundays.

Procedure or Surgery (Chemo): 1st chemo. Went better than expected... really wasn't sure what to expect. (Oxylaplatin & CPT11).
Came home w/5FU pump for 2 days.over 9 years ago -

I'm sorry to hear about your friend/family member. I know it' a horrible shock!
My husband (54) was just diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer. 1st chemo tomorrow.
We're trying to stay positive and take it day-by-day... Easy to say, but hard to do.
