I don't know what happened to the rest of my post but what I was asking about is how people are doing AFTER completing the 5 year estrogen inhibitors, like Femara? Do the side effects finally go away...etc.etc.

Good question, Marcie. I am taking generic Arimidex and am almost 4 years in. Assuming that the SEs are going to go away in a little more than a year is what keeps me going! I hope someone who is past the 5 year mark chimes in.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Hormone therapy): I was put on Femara to take away the hormones I have left because my cancer was hormone fed. I have to be on the pills for 5 years, I am currently at year 4. The side effects are not pleasant.
