This is the Federal information page that leads me to believe I am headed into a "high risk pool" in Ohio, and that my pre-existing condition can be excluded from coverage. When I spoke to Humana, they agreed that yes, I would not be eligible for any of their "normal" individual plans, and my only option would be their high-risk pool. I haven't gotten a response from the high risk people at Humana! This stress is not helping my blood pressure.

Procedure or Surgery (Mastectomy): I have a tissue expander and am awaiting reconstructive surgery. I'll have to wait several more months until chemo is over to do this. Can't wait to have that over with!
