    Welcome to What Next! Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Hopefully you can find some help and comfort in this community. Uncertainty is hard and being able to ask questions and find answers to existing questions was very helpful to me. I had stage IIIC colon cancer at age 48. I have been fortunate that surgery and chemo have kept me with no evidence of disease (NED) since 2017. Best of luck with your treatment and don't hesistate to ask or just share how you are doing.

    Procedure or Surgery (remove port): Same PA who put the port in took it out. Excellent care and glad to not need it anymore.

    Celebration (Remission): October 2019 - clean 6 month CT scan and bloodwork. Next six month follow-up will be CT, bloodwork and colonoscopy.
