I will tell you a breif story. My Husband and I were both diagnosed with cancer 1 week apart, me on 7/19/12 and my husband, 7/24/12. I with pancreatic cancer, my husband, liver cancer. I had surgery 8/14/12 and have been battling an infection for over two months, at the incision site, I am getting ready to undergo chemo. My husband is in preliminary steps towards liver transplant. At the same time I am tryingto keep up with all of the bills we are accumalating. we do have insurance but we all know how costly these problems are. We, so far are being able to handle our health, but are being threatened on the bills. I know there are places out there to cantact for help in our situation, I just don't know where or how to start. Is there anyone who can give me a helping hand with our problems? Anything would be helpful.

    Don & Melodie Best,
    Seaside, OR

I don't guess they'll let me post it no matter how I enter it. Sorry about that. You should be able to find the number under the Resources Tab at the top of the page. You'll also find tons of other info that you may find helpful.

So sorry you have a double dose of worry! You should try the Cancer Care Co-Pay. It's a non profit that may be able to relieve you of some bills. Good luck on your journey!
