Radiation (External radiation ): Underwent radiation in 1992 and 1993 when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer. Radiation didn't have that much effect on me, at least not anything I really noticed (except for fatigue). My breast cancer returned in 2003 and I had to have the double mastectomy and went on hormone therapy for 5 years (Arimidex). I opted for implants in 2005. May 2012, another lobular carcinoma was discovered and was removed surgically in June, which clear margins, and I am now taking Femara.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I had a severe allergic reaction to the chemo after 12 weeks and had to stop entirely. Actually the chemo was for colon cancer which was diagnosed in 2003.
