Well i belive the problem is with my grandmothers medical insurance. because it's state insurance alot of places are out of the question and they won't try to do surgery cause it wont cure the cancer. The doctor we seen had horrible bedside mannors and didn't seem to care to much, i want to think that it's just because he is super busy.
This is hard for me cause my grandma has raised me since i was 2 years old and i hate to sit and think of all the stuff that goes threw her mind at night, because she is a really good person and does everything she can for anyone in need.
She said that she has been seeing her family doctor for a long time and telling him that she's had a pain inside her abdomin for a real long time, i think that because in her medical history both her mom and dad both died from cancer they should have started doing some testing a long time ago, But her doctor thought that all she wanted was pain medications and he ignored her cries for help. They wanna do the cemo to try to shrink the cancer. I'm just scared of what she is going threw, me and my husband are expecting a child in the next few day's, we've invited her to be there for it cause i know it will mean alot to her.

The chemo will be hard on her, but it may shrink her tumors enough to make them operable. If there was no hope, then they shouldn't be doing chemo.

I think it's wonderful that you've invited her to be with you for the birth of your child. That is very exciting, and important to see the cycle of life.

Keep loving your grandma as you do. That will help her a lot.

Hugs to you and your family as well.

Other Care (malpractice care): I belive my grandmother was not treated with the care that she deserved. She complained of pain in the site of the cancer and until now it was never found or even looked for and now that they found it she only has 3 to 6 months left. Her mom and dad both died from different type's of cancer and she was never even checked out until now.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): they want to put in a port to start her on therapy.

Procedure or Surgery (they won't try to remove the cancer): the doctor said that there is no use in removing the cancer because it won't cure it.. even tho there is a chance of extending her life.
