I don't have the answer to this but you might need to ask the hospice provider or ask the insurance company. The American Cancer Society might also have additional information and you can contact them at the number at the bottom of this page.

I have a family member with in home hospice care. Their needs have changed. Before they needed no supervision.
Now they need constant supervision due to being on heavy medication.
He has most likely 3 insurances and is a veteran.
He needs in home non medical care during the day. Can hospice provide this?
Right now they only do 1 hour a week. I read on line that they should have volunteers to do this. He lives in the Denver area.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
