Hello from Arizona! I was diagnosed with tnbc in March 2018 and have been under treatment since April. I am currently on round six of eight of Xeloda, after undergoing IV chemo, surgery and radiation. There is a lot of great info on this site. I wish you the best!

Hello from Buffalo, NY! Terri I am really struggling with doing radiation. How long were your radiation treatments? Seeing that you're in AZ and I believe there are a few natural healing clinics there, did you explore any of that alternative treatment?

I did not explore any of the alternative treatments. I had 30 radiation treatments. I basically have been told that we needed to kick the tnbc the first time, because if it comes back that aren't many ways to treat. Because I was on Xeloda at the time I got pretty burned. I found that regular Vaseline worked well to cover the burns, better than the creams.
