Neeser, I just wanted to say I am thinking about you and I hope you get some answers about what is going on. Once cancer is a part of our lives, that fear never goes away. Please try to be careful using your arm if you are not supposed to do so. That can end up causing you more pain and problems. I understand though. As women we try to be tough and resilient and show we can push through no matter what is thrown our way.
Please come back and let us know what you find out. We are all here to be cheerleaders, encouragers, a safe place to vent, scream, cry, et cetera. There is someone on this site who has been through almost everything. We have all been through different things, but as a whole- we pretty much have the spectrum covered.

Remember, it's ok to take a day off, take a nap, read a book, watch the birds.. Whatever makes you feel better.
Yes, fiddler, you are right about TNBC. Mine is in bone and liver. Not alot of research for us, but it is improving.

NED for over 7 years. Had surgery this summer and they found endometrial cancer cells in the tissue excised. Didn't have to go back on chemo -- estrogen blocker instead that seems to be working. Only been on it since November -- surgery was in June.

Your plastic surgeon would be the one to discuss this with. There is more than one type of reconstruction.....saline or silicone implant and DIEP flap. I am surprised this wasn’t discussed with you prior to your mastectomy. Talk with your plastic surgeon about these options. Good luck with your reconstruction.
