I have a Basal Cell Carcinoma also. Instead of treating it with surgery right away, they had me put this cream on it to try and shrink it. I will be having surgery soon and I am very nervous. Mine is on my chest. We can talk and support each other if you would like to.

Tired. Depressed. Still trying to work and get through this. There is no support in my area(Miami) for skin cancer. I have called University of Miami(who are treating me) support networks numerous times & no one has contacted me. No one seems to care. All I hear is, it curable, don't worry! Well, I have a hospice patient who has lost one eye and most of her face to basal cell carcinoma! I am currently dealing with the after effect of MOHS and plastic surgery. I just want this to end!

Decision Point: Skin graph-I have had one so far(xenograph) and plastic surgeon says I may need another. I am seriously thinking about not doing it. Instead of the 2 wounds, I will have 3. I just want this to be over. I am tired of Doctors, hospitals, and fighting with the insurance companies.
