Celebration (Breakthrough): After getting off anti-depressants 12 years after cancer, I started to rebuild my life. Went to the gym 3 to 5 days per week, ate well and got my chemistry "perfect". I met a wonderful woman that shared an interest in spirituality and meditation. I also met a terrific therapist that I connected with and I finally feel like I am coming back "online". Much love and good luck to my fellow survivors!

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): This goes back 15 years, but the chemo was OK after I started to take a hit off a pot pipe on the way in. It made me feel better. I was also able to do some cardio immediately after the treatment, which helped too. The mental hit was much more difficult for whatever reason. The chemo brain creeped in and has only lifted in the last few years.

Side Effects (Diarrhea): This may also be related to anti-depressants, but it lasted for several years.
