Celebration (Remission): June 26 was found to be cancer free still. PETscan again on September 20th and on the 21st was still in remission. My hair is finally growing back and I am glad but I seem to crave terrible amounts of sugar. I am unable to bend my arms at the elbows for long periods bc they go to sleep.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I underwent chemo from February 17 - June 15th of this year. I didn't loose all of my hair but it was so thin you could see my scalp and almost had to shave in the end. I was on anti depression medications, major anxiety meds each time I had to have my port accessed. Sleep meds and I still don't sleep well. Very very sick to stomach during chemo and lots of medication for fluid retention. After chemo ended I got sick with a viral infection that put me down for five days with a 103 temp. Then when I started back to work I was so sore I could barely walk or move on a daily basis. It wiped me out. I was finally placed on Celebrex and that has helped tremendously.

Procedure or Surgery (Surgery): I had my gall bladder removed in december 2011. I was diagnosed then with stage 3 gall bladder cancer. I had major surgery January 2012. I was hospitalized for seven days and released. Then was hospitalized again because of an abscess . There was surgery to insert a drai tube for two more weeks. It was taken out o the 14th of February and then the next day my port was inserted. Then chemo began on Friday the 17th.

Oh No (Relationship issues): I am not married and have no children. I feel that with my parents aging that I am all alone.
