I only had one dose but similar side effects. Jount pain, fatigue, three middle toes numb, raging case of attention deficit, skin rash, gloppy eyes. I took three different drugs so I'm not sure what to blame on Opdivo. My eyebrows went from brown to white overnight. All worth it because my melanoma lung mets went away and I'm almost back to normal. Even if it only works for a little while, I'm happy for each extra day I get. It is rough, can't deny that, but please don't give up!

Hi! I have been getting nivolumab (Opdivo) for three-plus years. I am one of the lucky recipients. The Opdivo has kept my tumors stable the entire time. The only side effects have been a thyroid that quit working right and minor fatigue on the day of treatment and the day after.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I did triple doses of chemo which consisted of me being in infusion center for 7 hrs and wearing a chemo pump for 5 days doing that kind of chemo in stayed sicker than I ever was feeling before the chemo treatment for bone (matastic ) cancer that is in my spine (L4/5) and in my tailbone it did slow it down so now starting radiation and erbitux treatments for my neck and throat cancer
