I am my Mom's caregiver/support/ errand person/ paperwork coordinator etc. She has been doing great with treatment, until she finished up radiation and chemo. No she is lethargic. moody, demanding etc. The doctor told us today, that her tumor marker number has gone up, and the liver enzymes are elevated. I am having a hard time dealing with this big change. I have no other family support, and am really overwhelmed!! Has anyone else felt like this, and how do you deal with the feelings of hopelessness :(

Hi philzgrl. First, you are not alone. We have so many amazing caregivers here, including @hilary and @robcares who will likely tell you to be sure you are taking care of yourself. I am going to suggest that you also post this in our Questions section (where more people will see the question and can respond to you). You can do this by clicking on Questions in the purple bar above. We are here to support you.
